The council has partnered with ETX-NG to perform “International credential evaluation services”. ​Foreign students are expected to submit their international certificate, transcript, and all other supporting document to etx.ng for verification and evaluation.

1. Submit your application and your foreign degree academic records and receive your ETX-NG reference number.
2. Analyse: Once we receive the credentials, we analyse it for data references against our body of intelligence to gather preliminary information required for verification and evaluation.
3. Verify: We contact the primary source of the credential for the purposes of verification to ensure the authenticity of the credential and its accompanying holder informatio
4. Evaluate: We then run our evaluation checks by comparing the verified information to assessment and evaluation frameworks as it relates to Nigeria and the Nigerian education system.
5. Report: A comprehensive report outlining approach and outcome of each task is then prepared in a manner that makes it simple and clear to read and understand.
6. Send: A reports going out of the exchange are encrypted and digitally signed which provides our proof of work.

Note

Any application without the letter of introduction from the Medical Laboratory Science Council will not be attended to. All supporting documents to be submitted must be in PDF format and must be submitted in the appropriate fields. Documents with more than one page like transcript should be merged in one pdf document. An incomplete transcript automatically implies degree not equivalent.

Pricing

• Applicants will be required to pay all fees associated with the verification and evaluation of their international credentials
• Applicants will pay a processing fee of ₦10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira Only) for evaluation reporting and ₦2,500 (Two Thousand and Five Hundred Naira Only) for translation support. 
• Any transcript application fees charged by the international institution will be billed separately, charged and payable by the applicant. Where no fees are required, then no fees will be charged. 
• Any verification fees charged by the international institution will be billed separately, charged, and payable by the applicant. Where no fees are required, then no fees will be charged.

The evaluation process will take 10 – 15 working days
