How To - Order Cancellation

Before you cancel, please note that first time transcript requests normally take a while; but subsequent requests are guaranteed to be faster.

Where you can, it is better to wait or redirect into our safe storage vault for your use, instead of cancelling.  

 

Refunds Policy Summary

Application Fees: 100% refunded where application has not been made and Not refundable where “Application Made”

Processing Fees: Not refundable under any circumstances once “Payment Confirmed”

Delivery Fees: 80% refunded where “Not Delivered” and Not refundable where “Delivered”

All refunds must be requested within 181 days of payment, otherwise all payment is non-refundable

 

To cancel your order:

  1. Visit etx.ng
  2. On the bottom right, click CONTACT US

 

 

  1. Then click Help for Holders

 

 

  1. In the Enquiries Information section, under ‘Current Customers’, click ‘Order Cancellation

 

 

  1. Navigate to the bottom of the page, and fill in the fields provided

 

  1. Upload evidence of payment. This must be in PDF format

 

  1. Click SUBMIT 

 

Please note:

Ensure to provide the email used for your order.

Also provide a correct ETX.NG order reference number that was sent to your email during order request.

  1. When can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order once it has not been processed and delivered to you.  

 

  1. Are there circumstances where an order cannot be cancelled?

An order cannot be cancelled once the delivery of the order has been made.  

 

  1. How do I know if my order has already been successfully cancelled?

You will be contacted through email once your order is cancelled successfully.  

 

  1. How long does it take to cancel an order?

It takes between 2-20 working days to cancel an order. This depends on what stage the order already is at the point of cancellation.  

 

  1. What happens if my order has already been processed?

 You can still cancel your order, but only your delivery fees will be refunded.  

 

  1. Will I get a refund when I cancel an order?
